Returns Policy
When requesting a exchange or refund, please first email salesusa@ffequestrian.com (within 14 days of receiving your item) describing the reason for requesting a refund/exchange (faulty product, wrong product sent, etc) and we will advise on the best way of processing your request.

We do not accept goods returned as COD freight.
Postage Rates
Within the US we send items via USPS and you have the option at checkout of using either standard shipping or priority mail.
For international mail we use USPS.
Any Import Duties or Customs Taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and we strongly advise to check with your local customs house if you are purchasing outside of the USA. We send all international packages with a shipping receipt for customs clearance. The vast majority of packages pass through customs without issue. Some areas do attract an import fee. Local charges and taxes are outside of our control.
Delivery Time Frames
At Flexible Fit Equestrian we endeavour to have your items sent as soon as possible after payment has been made, generally this will be within 2 business days if we are away at a trade show. Most items are shipped same day if the order is received by 3pm EST (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
Items Lost in Transit
Flexible Fit Equestrian will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. We will however do all we can to assist in locating the missing item with the relevant postal service.
